Standard Delivery
Standard orders are processed once payment method authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery will typically ship within 1-2 business after receiving payment method authorization.
Once we ship your package we will send you an email to your registered email address with the status of your order along with a tracking number so you may track your package on-line with the carrier.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return your jewelry in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 30 days for a full refund.
Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns with no Return Authorization Number, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.
You should expect to receive your refund within 6 Business Days upon verified and tracked receipt of your return package; however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
